Add this to your New Year’s cleansing weight loss plan – 7 more EASY things

You’ll be more successful, you’ll feel better, and you’ll slowly and permanently eradicate your eating and health habits that got you in the place you are right now – for GOOD. Here are some more tips, I love Dr. Mercola’s articles explaining why choosing these 7 foods more consciously will help you be healthier – from the why’s of grass-fed beef, organic fruits and vegetables, and saying no to canned tomatoes. And don’t forget, boosting your GOOD fats, like your Omega 3s, 6s, and 9s…you’ll feel better, think more clearly, and be energized…your body MUST have the necessary fats to produce hormones and essentially perform every task it needs to make your body go.
