The Magic of Cayenne Pepper and Cleansing and Parasites…
(Re-posted from April, 2009).Cayenne Pepper is quickly becoming a favorite of mine, usually I add just a bit to my Master Cleanse Lemonade – which I like to enjoy when I’m not on the Master Cleanse but am looking for a quick refreshing pick-me-up and alkalizer.
On Sunday I accidentally added too much Cayenne Pepper, then decided to bite the bullet and just drink it. That was amazing, my heart became really warm, I felt energized, and suddenly I noticed that my feet and hands were no longer cold. That day, I ended up having about 1 full teaspoon total of cayenne pepper added to my diet, as I was adding 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to each lemonade.
It sure did have a detox effect, I actually had to go lay down after Easter Dinner since my ears were opening up so quickly I was feeling dizzy. And my sinuses were instantly draining, I’ve had the lingerings of a virus for a few weeks and that was helping to clear me out quickly.
As I was reading about Cayenne Pepper, I was learning about all of it’s wonderful benefits for the heart (that it’s actually stopped heart attacks in several documented cases), is great for circulation, excellent for digestion, good for ulcers, and fighting off bacterial type of things.
As the day wore on Sunday, I could actually feel my teeth, deep in the root and nerves, being stimulated and cleaned out by the pepper. I had a root canal done last September, and could feel stuff getting stimulated deep inside my teeth.
Since Sunday, my feet have been warm, as well as my hands…I do have a sluggish thyroid, and take supplements for this. And I noticed that my circulation was improving and I wasn’t feel so chilled so easily.
Yesterday, which was Tuesday, I was feeling the effects of all of the cayenne pepper – I was having a detox reaction with headaches and nausea, and feeling completely drained…much more so than this virus I’ve been fighting. Today, I felt the hugest sense of that fog lifting and relief once I went to the bathroom. I was astonished at what I saw in the toilet bowl! There must’ve been hundreds, if not thousands, of teeny parasites that looked like teeny pieces of rice…and I noticed a lot of immature intestinal flukes. It was just amazing. And it smelled pretty bad!
But I’m going to stick with cayenne pepper, it’s really helped stimulate my peristalic action and clean up the junk in the trunk!
