It’s a beautiful time of year where Venus and Mars have a symbiotic relationship in Aquarius…where the archetype of Aquarius carries our dreams and as a visionary, inspires the resources and relationships to attain them. It is the season of co-creative love.

I’m inspired to take a moment while the house is quiet and my kids and hubby go pick up some P.F.Changs to enjoy at home…and focus upon this season of love. Of light. Of inspiration. Of co-creative hope.  This Valentine’s Day feels even richer to me, and I know it’s because my body, sensually, sensationally, physically, is functioning at such higher, sensitized, efficient level. It’s just naturally energizing and vibing at a higher frequency, where the higher vibes of love and joy happen more streamlined, more consistently, and  more naturally.

And the beauty of it, is that it feels so NORMAL. It feels like how life was meant to be. There is no room for fret, fear, worry, tension, or shortage of time or money…the feelings that would tap into those concepts are just gone.

And, truly, as I’m embracing this season of love, it starts with the essence of true self-love; for how could you truly sense, feel, receive, and give love if you don’t know what it is from the inside out? And that’s the gift of cleansing, through the years, through the mega detoxes and rings of fires I”ve leapt through, through all of the pain and turmoil when I just really questioned my sanity and mechanism for living…in every step…love asked me for just a bit more of love. That’s all. Love just asked to be loved, received, given, and basked upon…and all flowing within.

Bringing down those walls can be scarey and petrifying, yet when you do encounter them, you do it in love…because you realize that in your personal experience, there is no place on earth that you sense love is needed more deeply, clearly, and unconditionally, than in those quiet, invisible places.

So friends, keep going. Cleansing is a lifestyle. It truly is, and the benefit is that you grow deep, deep, impervious roots of love that stream throughout your body and are at one with your earth, your physical home, and your Creator.  The more you cleanse, the more you are rooted deep in your own love; and the more the world rises up and matches that love on the outside. It truly is an inside job, and the world wants to dance with the best of you.

I’m really appreciating a recent blurb shared by Gary Young, founder of YL Essential Oils, and how all dis-ease is about a lack of love, a lack of self-love.

Go the distance and be your own best self-lover. No one can do it like you can. No one can reach within the depths of your soul and spirit like you can. No one can join your Creator in blissful harmony within your heart like you can. Let it all in. There’s nothing to fight in the light of love.
