Great article about how junk food triggers the brain centers that are excited amongst heroin addicts! The animal studies indicate that rats/mice were willing to walk over electrically charged panel to get to their junk food.

No wonder it is so hard to get off of junk food, processed food, and sugar! No doubt that the food additives such as MSG (aka the “obesity” drug for obese mice studies – that’s what they inject them with to measure variables linked to obesity) …don’t make it easy. And the stuff is cheaper than good food.

They always talk about taxing sodas and sugary juices – I just say that they DON’T tax raw food and vegetables. So you’re rewarded by making a great choice, not penalized for making a poor health choice.

By the way, did you know that sugar is metabolized in the liver and gut in practically the identical manner that alcohol is?

    Hello Regina,

I have been working with an elderly lady with a bowel problems. She has used 1 bottle of Comfortone, 12- 8 oz of water and essentialzme. She got up to 10 Comfortone and did not increase anymore and things stopped moving. This is an email from her. Please make a suggestion. She also has candida in her mouth. I told her the bowel had to move before we can work on the candida. She has been trying to control the Candida with her diet, she is consume protein and vegetables only.

    Sincerely
    Lina Huddleston

I will write my colon history in this e-mail because I doubt if you can open an Apple word document.

    Colon News

In March of 2009, I had a colonoscopy to try and determine why I suffered from reoccuring bouts of constipation. After that procedure, things got worse and I finally ended up in the ER with an impaction located quite high up in the digestive tract. It was finally dislodged and broken up after a procedure that X rayed the whole tract and helped clean it out Gastric=gram?

In the summer of 2009, I went into another period of severe constipation. That time, the Dr. wanted to establish the rate the waste material was moving thru the colon. I swallowed a capsule containing metal chips and then was X-rayed on the third and fifth days. Basicallly nothing had moved so he sent me to a colorectal surgeon. Fortunately, I was finally able to have a bowel movement after 5 days and he sent me home with Mira Lax instructing me to take it enough to have a movement a day.

For several months that worked but then I started the colon cleansing with YLiving. all went well at first with Comfortone and Essentialenxzyme but after I had one day of three BMs,I took 1/2 t. of ICP and everything stopped. Retuning to C. and E no longer worked. After last Wednesday, 4/28/10 I have had only occasional hard-turd movements. Since Sunday I have not felt any urge nor any movement in my gut. I am now trying Di Gize on my stomach and Castor Oil So far, no results.

    Help!
