The sun moving into this light-hearted sign is a good thing, it brings a bit of stress-relief to us all! For it is far easier to see the silver lining in things in this naturally optimistic sign, than the mysterious sign of Scorpio! It’s no surprise to me that Thanksgiving would be celebrated during a Sagittarius sun!
Saggitarius is a fire sign, and the archer is the symbol of Sagittarius, based on the centaur – half-man and half-horse found in Greek mythology. It’s believed that the centaur symbolizes the growth of the human soul, as it encompasses the animal natures and desires of man, as well as its spiritual aspirations.
