The Daily Cleanser – BUILD with the BEST RAW SOUP ever!!!
I just had to share this here to emphasize how WONDERFUL this raw soup recipe is, I wish I could take credit for the recipe (though I do deviate by adding lots more garlic and parsley), but it came from my Breville User Manual for my juicer. It’s a vitamin builder, and it’s “gazpacho soup”. However, I don’t like to drink it cold, rather, I heat a bowl in my toaster over, and then pour the soup and some of the pulp into the bowl so it’s warmed gently while preserving the integrity of the enzymes. I also like to leave my veggies on the counter to come to room temperature before I juice them.
Here’s the recipe:
- 1 clove of garlic (or 5 if you like – like a natural antibiotic!)
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small onion
- 4 sprigs of parsley (or more – it’s great for kidneys and cleansing and will make you really HAPPY!)
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 4 tomatoes
It’s a wonderful alkalizer, vitamin booster, and feeds your kidneys, liver, intestines…heck, it feeds EVERYTHING; and it tastes so incredibly delicious. It is one of the tastiest raw juices/soup recipes I’ve ever had. EVER.
